  • JAN 2025:
      • Interviews and Screening has begun for Management and Key Leadership Positions.
  • FEB 2025:
      • Training and continued concept development for Key Leadership & Management. 
      • Continued interviews and screening for hourly employees and supervisorial roles. 
  • MAR 2025:
      • Continued training and concept development for Management. 
      • Key Hourly Employee training begins.
      • Preparation for inspections and city task force.
  • APR 2025:
      • Construction completion and receival of business and liquor licenses. 
      • Full hourly training commences on site.
  • MAY 2025:
      • Mock services, media dinners, and additional preview parties.
      • Anticipated opening to the public.
